The units activity is to use the mouse model in the diagnosis of pathogenic genes in humans. The use of different methods of reproduction among different mouse strains, genome scans of born mice, QTL mapping and finally identification of candidate areas for the desired gene are some of our main activities. “Determination of resistance genes in Leishmania major in second-generation mice resulting from BAB/C backcross strain and MBT / PAS strain” is a project which is in progress now.
